Damaged Junction Boxes

I live in a community where there are two damaged in-ground Verizon junction boxes near the street. These are in open space / easement and appear to be part of the underground cable system that connects to our neighborhood. The lids on the boxes are damaged and loose, creating a safety hazard. Please contact me to discuss repair.
