I have seen a damaged utility box on the ground with exposed wires. It looks unsightly and I think this is a hazard. I would like someone to come out to remove it or replace it. I tried using the 800 number, but the AI assistant is not able to connect me to the right person. I do not have an account with Verizon, I just want to report the unsightly hazard as a third-party person and I am not able to do so using the 800 number. I would like to report this without having to fight with an AI bot on who I should speak to.
