Hello, I hope I get the necessary help..- there is a very damaged GTE utility box/ pedestal in my front yard. It got flooded during Helene and the cover was lost. Cables are exposed and hanging. I think it is a big threat and danger. I just covered it but it needs proper attention to avoid any issue. The pedestal needs to be removed or replaced.. How can we get a tech or someone from Verizon to do this? Please help with this dangerous issue. Thanks.
