Ditches in my yard cause by Verizon and Infinity laying fiber

I live in a great neighborhood. However, another data carrier was added and they needed Verizon to get that accomplished; They dug ditches to run the new fiber but we had really bad weather and now I have big deep craters on my lawn Who should I contact to correct the issue.
