EDIT: Contacted Verizon on Twitter and they helped
There is a Verizon line that goes from a pole in my yard to my neighbors house. It is now hanging down across my yard 6 ft from the ground. Every time I try and call 1-800-VERIZON I have to sign in or I get taken thru a series of menus that leads me nowhere. When I do get a person its for technical support and they can't help me. The power company confirmed it is a Verizon line. I don't have Verizon home phone or internet, I just have a Verizon wire dangling across my yard
