FIOS Quantum Menu Guide Display issue

I tried to get some support on this issue, but they were unable to help me. They blamed it on the broadcaster. Who knows, but here is the issue. Plus it seems Disney channel has the issues with Quantum Guide display.

Below displays the guide correctly from old fios. Notice Disney has a 5 minute (AFTER Liv & Maddle) program in between the regular ones. This will cause an issue with FIOS Quantum Menu. Below is correct.

So this is the FIOS Quantum guide. When are your scrolling to the right and it hits one of these small 5 minute programs, it no longer displays a full title. This happens always. This should be fixed to work like the guide did originally. This is not correct because it will be stuck until you exit. Check it out.

Please have this reported as a display issue and should be fixed.

The guide info is supplied by tribune media.

The quantum guide is rumored to be going to what the old legacy boxes have next month.

Thank you for your reply. I posted here because when I spoke with Verizon tech support, it was like talking to a wall and I got no where. I thought by posting here someone would be able to suggest a better way to contact support or they might have a contact they could forward this information too.
