GTE underground easement in Missouri

Trying to contact someone in Verizon real estate regarding a 1994 GTE underground easement. I work in Liberty utilities central region, Joplin Missouri and we're working on a conservation easement for a parcel we own but the GTE easement is holding it up and need to talk to someone about it.
