Getting a 400 Response when trying to verify my email address.

I'm onboarding to a new Verizon account for managing Fios. When I click the "Verify Now" link for the "Please verify your email address" email, I get the following:

I have replicated this behavior on Firefox and Chrome, so it appears to be a server-side issue.
