I get five pieces of identical junk mail every time Verizon sends out some promotional mailing, despite the fact that I'm already a customer at this address, and I'm the ONLY customer at this address, and none of those offers are available to me anyhow. (I tried calling about them, and they're only for NEW customers).
Verizon, or wherever they get their junk mailing address database, seems to think there are several apartments at my house, all of which might need separate Verizon accounts. That may have been true at some point, but not in the past 17 years.
I don't know who to tell to remove those erroneous addresses (apartment A, apartment B, basement, first floor, second floor, etc). The waste of money that I pay, and the environmental waste irritates me every time I have to throw out these FIVE identical pieces of junk mail.
