I filed a property damage claim with Verizon and still not a word from their Adjuster after months

Hi,  a few months ago, a truck hit the low-hanging Fio service to my house. When the wire pulled down, it damaged my copper gutters and molding on my front porch. We obtained a police report, submitted the claim to Verizon and it's almost two months and still no call from the Adjuster to view the damage. I want to have it repaired but am waiting until the Adjuster inspects the damage. 

I've been a Verizon customer going back to NY Telephone and I'm disgusted with being ignored by this Company. How many times can one call the number of the Adjuster they provide (never answered), or speak to Customer Service to resolve this once and for all. Copper gutters are expensive and I spent a lot of money having them installed. I don't want to leave them damaged any longer than necessary, but would like someone to finally act on this claim. 

Can anyone help with this?
