I have been trying to get technician to repair my internet router and I have been given the run around for WEEKS. No one can seem to assist me. I pay my bill on time every month and Verizon cannot send a technican to repair my router. I have no had internet for 3 weeks to a month because the wires are damaged and I am still paying my internet bill and I have no internet service. When I talk to a customer service agent I am given the run around and I was placed on hold for two hours and my problem was not solved. I work from home and this affects me greatly. I got Verizon for it's internet speed and now I have to go to Starbucks to sit and work. Can someone please help me get a technician to my home? This is starting to affect my livelihhod.
