I need to a schedule a technician appointment for my Fios tv

My tv service isn’t working. I have tried all online services and they don’t work. I call the number that shows up on tv screen and when I call it I get message it isn’t available in my area. Please help m schedule a technician to come repair it. This has been going on for two days and it’s very frustrating . Thank you
