I have a Verizon in ground box in my yard that has been breaking more and more over the years. The lid is broken and not attached and presents a fall hazard to anyone walking by or for cars to drive into. After many phone calls, a technician came out and confirmed it needed replacing but I never heard from anyone again to confirm it will be repaired or provide a timeline. I don't understand why it's so hard to get someone to fix these given the health and safety hazard and I believe Verizon's failure to maintain and repair its property to maintain safe and effective working conditions is a breach of its warranties in the customer service agreement. I would appreciate being placed in communication with someone who can help finally bring about a resolution to this issue. Thank you.
