My Fios was installed on 10/03/2024. It works fine. I was told someone would be back in a few days to bury the cable across my lawn. It is now 10/31/2024 & no one has shown up. Also, the Installer failed to seal the hole where the cable comes into the house. A ticket was allegedly written on 10/25/2024 after much waiting and transferring of calls and I was supposed to be called in 24-48 hours but of course that did not happen. A customer should NEVER have to call Verizon to get a job finished in the first place, but here I am, wasting time, bouncing from department to department, trying to get them to finish their job. I think the Public Service Commission will be my next step!
