Hello, there were a bunch of lines from the telephone pole connecting to my house but they fell to the ground. Im not sure if anything got disconnected but I did see a couple of frayed wires that i taped up with electrical tape. Just wondering where can i request Verizon to repair the lines back to normal as i'm not sure if it's presenting a fire hazard or not. I tried to find a support ticket or email but found nothing on the Verizon site.
