The wire that connects to my house to deliver my Verizon service has been hanging low for almost a year and it has gradually been dipping lower and lower. I have called multiple times (dating back to probably about a year ago) to set up a service call using the automated system. Each time, I have been told that someone would be out to fix it bot nobody ever comes. Most recently I was told someone would be there yesterday.
I'm worried that it's so low now that I won't be able to ride my lawn mower underneath it so this is becoming more urgent. Does anyone have any advice or could I be connected to a Verizon agent to help?
I'm located in New Jersey, area code 07946. Thanks in advance, hoping to get this rectified soon!
