Has anyone else found a solution to the MyVerizonApp Crashing when trying to access parental controls?
The My Fios App was discounted. Even though it didn't show all your devices, it didn't crash like this.
Right now I have a schedule set for devices in my home that I cannot access or change because it's part of the Verizon App. I have a video that I can easily share of me trying to access parental controls under Home Network Protection 3x. Each time it crashes. So now there isn't any way for me to alter this schedule and devices are blocked when they don't need to be.
You'd think I could easily pop on to myverizon.com and access my router/parental control settings there but the schedules I've created don't show up. It's as if I don't have any set when I do. I added screenshots to show that I have parental control rules but they don't show up on the browser-based site. Why would they...
So frustrated...trying to protect my kids and put rules in place for internet access. .
