A new telephone pole was installed on my residential property by the electric company. They have completed their work but the pole also contained Comcast wires and Verizon wires that they wouldn't touch. I contacted Comcast and they responded quickly moving their wires over to the new pole within a few days. I contacted Verizon to have them move their wires over to the new pole and remove the old unnecessary pole which is an eyesore. I called the help line and was told that it is another department that is responsible and would pass along my request. They sent someone to look at the pole, but nothing was done. This was several months ago, but I can't seem to get Verizon to act.
