I have a neighbor who directed Verizon to trench on my private property and thru a Forest Conservation Easement. I gave copy of official notice of violation to Verizon field rep and have spent dozens of hours on this. I've had Fios lines hanging in my trees and shrubs across 600 feet for 6 months and cant access my property on the other side of the lines. I paid $2000 for a land survey and showed feild reps stakes in the ground. Field rep cancelled work because same neighbor said there was a property dispute. There isn't, as the land survey proves. And the conservation easement isn't in dispute at all. The officer marked it. What do I do? My tractor is getting caught in the lines and there is going to be damage. This is private property!
