I just purchased a new construction home, line on the block are all buried, but there's no box in front of my house.
Opened a FAST ticket a few weeks back, and was added to the system, but when techs came for installation they informed me of this issue, and said they cannot complete install.
How can I get a box/lines added in front of my house? All neighbors have it available to them
