Open Boxes in community

I am the Community Manager for a HOA. There is an outside junction box that belongs to Verizon that is open with all the wires exposed. No matter what number I call to try to get Verizon to come out and remove or fix it. We need someone to come and replace the box. You can reach me at ***** ext. 127
