went into a Verizon store today and the agent told me that he had pixel nine pro phones in stock that I was able to take Home today. However, in order to do so he instructed me that I needed to cancel my order after looking up my account. I had currently a pixel nine pro fold on pre-order scheduled to be delivered to my home on September 4 Following his instructions I canceled the order once he started the sales process. He noticed that he was not able to sell me a phone until September 9 . The issue is here that I’ve already canceled my previous order and was not able to revert. Now I’m left not being able to place an order for this phone until sometime mid late next week at earliest in addition, I will not get my phone on September 4. I asked to sell agent to correct this wrong and all he did was give me the one 800 number to call Verizon customer service which intern said that they couldn’t do anything This has me highly upset because this was not my fault. This was Verizon‘s fault and they’re making me pay for their mistake which is unacceptable. I’ve been a customer with Verizon for close to a decade This is causing me to really look at other carriers to migrate my 10 lines that I currently have with Verizon over to another carrier
