Pedestal Box damaged

How to report Damaged Green Pedestal Box # 7 that needs repaired
From N. Tollgate Road turn onto Darby Lane drive down Darby Lane until you reach the intersection of Darby Lane and Deadora Road turn right onto Deadora Road you will pass the yellow Speed Hump sign then right at the Neighborhood Watch sign you will see the # 7 Pedestal.  It is around 200 feet from the corner of Darby Lane and Deadora Road.
