Pole Installation Property Damage

During January 2025, Verizon Utility Trucks and crews installed a new utility pole in front of my home. Unfortunately, during the installation processes, the employees/contractors decided in was a good idea to drive the truck onto my front lawn. In doing so, the truck left large tire mark indentations embedded deeply into the front lawn of my home running approximately 120 feet ruining my lawn.
Since late January, I have been calling all over Verizon land getting put on hold, told the call will be returned--never happens, and being told you have the wrong number and let me give you the another number--which of course is the wrong number as well. And the story just goes on and on with no satisfaction at all to date. May I just say that this run around is truly tiresome and the worst way to treat a very very long time customer.
With this, I am hoping that a knowledge person dealing with property damage caused by Verizon will reach out to me to assist with the property damage matter.
Thank you
