Dear Verizon/Customer Support,

Good afternoon. I am writing to urgently request assistance regarding a utility pole located directly in front of my property at *****, Newton, MA. The pole is leaning severely and appears to be at risk of falling, creating a serious safety hazard for pedestrians, drivers, and nearby residents.

We initially contacted Eversource, and after investigating the pole number and location, they confirmed that the pole is under Verizon's responsibility.

We are seeking immediate support to address and resolve this dangerous situation before any accidents or injuries occur.

Please let us know how to proceed and which department we should contact to ensure a prompt response.
