A Verizon technician damaged personal property in my home 2 months ago when installing new Fios equipment. I have spoken to his manager, Anthony who told me to submit receipts. I submitted the receipts to him for the required repairs over 6 weeks ago. He has since ghosted me and will not return phone calls or emails.
What is the process to file a claim for reimbursement for property damage due to a Verizon technician? Please do not reply with call the 800 customer service number since I have done that at least 5 times but get no answers or return calls. I am told tickets are opened and then never receive a callback and upon me calling back, I'm told the ticket has been closed. I CANNOT spend additional time calling the customer service department!
