Hi there! This morning there were three men in a truck labeled Osmose on my property. I watched as they broke through the fences on the property line and proceed to force their way through causing damage to my property. When they returned to the street in front of my home, I inquired if they intended to fix the fence that is now falling into my yard. They told me that the fence was like that and that they had pictures, which I was not permitted to see. The fence absolutely was not like that upon their arrival. They refused to provide me with any contact information but did tell me that they were hired by Verizon. I dispatched the police to assist in getting additional information from them. The police officer confirmed that the men did not have pictures of my fence prior to the damage, only the pole they were trying to access. One of the men agreed to “fix” the fence and did so by using zip ties. It is clear that my corner post is no longer secure in the ground and the connections were displaced/lost during the forceful entry. I have pics of the men on the property, the truck, the license plate, the damage, and the unacceptable correction to said damage but would prefer to not post to a public forum. I will be happy to provide via email or text to a more secure location. Preferred Outcome: I would like my fence to be properly reassembled.
