Remove Verizon cable lines from my backyard.

On 4/3/2024, in Wilmington, Delaware, we had a bad storm that caused power lines and cable lines to be significantly damaged.  Delmarva, the power company showed up on 4/8/2024 and repaired and removed their fallen power lines.

I CALLED VERIZON ON 04//6/2024 (1-800-837-4966) AND THE LADY WHO TOOK MY CALL (SONJA) SAID SOMEONE WILL BE DISPATCHED TO INSPECT THE FALLEN LINES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ON 04/09/2024, AT ABOUT 7;55AM, A VERIZON INSPECTOR (MORRIS) SHOWED UP AND DID THE INSPECTION AND ASSURED ME THE FALLEN LINES WILL BE TAKEN CARE BY ANOTHER CREW WITHIN 24-48 HOURS WHEN HE SENDS IN HIS REPORT. ON 04/12/2024, I MADE A CALL TO VERIZON TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE FALLEN LINES (RESHAWN) WHO TOOK THE CALL ISSUED ME A WORK ORDER (*****) AND ASSURED ME THE FALLEN LINES WILL BE INSPECTED THE SECOND TIME.  ON 04/16/2024, I CALLED VERIZON THE THIRD TIME AND I SPOKE TO  (MS. *****) WHO ALSO ISSUED ANOTHER WORK ORDER (*****) AND ASSURED ME IT WILL BE PRIORTIZED AS UREGENT.

TODAY IS 04/26/2024, I AM STILL WAITHNG FOR VERIZON TO COME AND REMOVE THEIR FALLEN LINES AND TRANSMITTING BOX FROM MY YARD. WE CAN NO LONGER USE OUR YARD BECAUSE OF THE HARDSHIP CAUSED BY VERIZON LINES AND LEANING CABLE POLE IN OUR YARD. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE VERIZON TO DO THE RIGHT THING?
