Have contacted Verizon service rep. 6 times by phone to get Apple Arcade removed from my bill. I never subscribed to it and Apple said they removed it on October 14. Still showed up on my recent bill, so called again and got another credit. How can i remove it from my bill. Tried Verizon web site and it only gives me an error message—same error message since 1st of October. Very frustrating to have to call every month.
