So I have contacted Verizon regarding a pole that is leaning and has wires that are not organized and low to the grown. They have come out said it was not verizons and made me contact comcast, then then they said yes it's ours after comcast told me it was vrizons. They said they will send someone out, they never did, then I called again and they said the will send someone and when they came, they said they did not have the right equipment and that they would have to come back, then never came back. I called again and they said they were going to call me, they never did. I have chatted with them I have Face timed, I have sent pictures, they all agree is bad but yet no one has come to deal with it and we are now 4 months in. Do I have to take matters into my own hands?
