Safety issue - Overhead wire and pedestal box

I have an overhead line crossing my driveway that is sagging and causing a safety issue. It is being hit by delivery trucks and I fear it will be taken down if not raised. It has "GTE" on the associated pedestal box but no phone number (see photo). I need to know who to contact regarding this.
