The display on my box is gradually going dark. The individual light bars that make up the digital numerals are failing one by one. For example, for the time, only the minute numerals are visible bc the light bars for the hour digits have gone dark. Channel numbers are also incomplete too. I want Verizon to replace the box but I have no idea how to go about it since this problem isn’t covered or recognized in their support options. Btw did not get a callback when I tried that option.
