The pole outside my house has been decommissioned - a new pole has been installed next to it, but the Verizon team has not transferred their wire connections or removed the old pole yet. I've been told that there is an engineering ticket for this work to be done, but I wasn't given the ticket number, and I don't know who to talk to. I have the address where the pole is located and I have the pole number. This is urgent, as the old pole is in the middle of where I have to put my new driveway!
