Need Verizon's help to remove tree branches on main Verizon cable in back yard that is used by many homes before service goes out. The house where the tree branches is hanging on the Verizon cable is empty. The electric company came out and said it was the Verizon main cable that the branches are on. Can someone please help before the service goes out for many homes. Thank You
