Urgent Request for Removal of Verizon Equipment

Dear Verizon Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with the removal of Verizon equipment from my property. The equipment, which was left behind by the previous owners, is now outdated and deteriorating outside my house.

Unfortunately, despite my efforts to resolve this issue, I have encountered difficulties because I do not have an active Verizon account. I have tried contacting customer support, but I have not received the necessary help to address this matter.

The equipment includes cables and other components that are becoming increasingly dirty and unsightly. I have  pictures to illustrate the condition of the equipment and its current state.

I kindly request that Verizon arrange for a visit to my property to remove this equipment as soon as possible. Your assistance in scheduling this removal would be greatly appreciated.
