NJ One Call did utility mark outs on my property and they dug up approximately one foot into the ground a Verizon utility box. This previously buried box presents a tripping hazard due to the whole that now exists. The box should be elevated by Verizon to ground level. Would someone please let me know whether there is an email address to send a request. The telephone prompts for customer service were not helpful. Thank you.
