I purchased a home in Belmar, NJ and I am in the process of renovating. Next to my driveway, there are two Verizon tagged utility poles one new and one old. The old one is leaning in towards my driveway and house and has all the wires attached. The new one has nothing attached. I have called at least 5 times into Verizon support to address this matter and get reps who say it is being addressed to scheduling time when a crew is coming and no one showing up. I am worried the pole will fall in an upcoming storm and damage my house or hurt someone. I can’t seem to get anyone who knows what is going on. I am hoping someone can help in the community since I have seen similar issues. Thanks.
