Utility pole leaning into roadway

A Verizon utility pole that sits in my property had begun leaving into the roadway over a year ago. Exactly a year ago today, I reported it to Verizon for repair. They placed a temporary guy rope to support that pole while they installed a new pole next to it.

The power company that is attached to that pole has moved their utility to the new pole, but several other utilities have not been moved, and the old leaning pole and guy rope are still in place on my property. How can I get this taken care of as soon as possible?? The severity of the lean continues to increase since first reported last year. A damaged pole leaning into the roadway held up by a rope, waiting to fall, for over a year is just ridiculous. Can anyone help??
