Verizon Live Chat Online Support

Just wanted to let you know I used the Live Chat tool today for the first time. Great, speedy service and a very knowledgeable representative assisted me with my problem. Took care of my issue (voice mail services, which I didn't know I had...LOL) and surprisingly pleased. Other than finding I had numerous messages out there after arguing with folks that called me saying I didn't have any messages on my answering machine!!! What a hoot! Magali took care of my problem within a few minutes and now I am a happy camper, once again!!!

really??? all I get from verizon is a runaround.. their request repairs website forces you to use the troubleshooter which hangs up then sends you back to the request repairs links which then sends you to the troubleshooter which then sends you back to the repair request webpage.. then when you request to contact them directly concerning a non working phone, they give you their phone number and suggest you use their troubleshooter.. if I dont get someone right now to repair my phone, and will cancel my verizon services.. and then when I post this message the website convieniently cannot load

Hi to Verizon,

None of my services are working correctly. I called tech support, and was told that, somehow, I am pressing the keys on my computer incorrectly. By profession, I am a legal writer, and I use a keyboard all day long. Now, however, my failure to press a key on my computer is somehow interfering with the quality of my telephone Wi-Fi, AND it is causing my television to break up on several channels. This was a surprise to me. Apparently, one must wait a minute to get a response from any internet site. And the TV, well, there's really nothing they can do about it. I tried to play a one-minute long video - it took a half hour to download - with ethernet connected and 16 GB of RAM. Somehow I don't think any of this has to do with how I press a key on my keyboard.

i have a question about my phone. I have a Droid razr m. It wont let me do anything. it keeps saying unfortunately (all apps) have stopped. everytime i click okay, it pops right back up... help???

I have a complaint. I ordered a new smartphone and upgraded my old phone. I spoke with two people in customer service and they told me it would be an extra $10 a month and I could share the data with another smartphone that is on my plan. I received my phone and I called to see about the plan. They told me it was not going to be $10 more a month but $80 more a month. There are notes on my account indicating that I was quoted that my bill would only go up $10. I have been a member since 1996. I will be sending back the phone and looking to change my phone service.
