I am a property manager and I have many neighborhoods that have broken junction boxes with cables and wires hanging out all over the place-these are the old telephone and cable boxes. These are mostly HOA's but also dealt with the same when I was managing apartment complexes. Even as a homeowner, I have boxes throughout my neighborhood that are broken, falling over, tops/covers will not go back on. Who is responsible for these repairs? Which department? Is there a way to put in a ticket for it online?
