Hello - I am not a Verizon customer, but a Verizon work truck has been parked daily on my property for the last several months due to what I believe may be a neighborhood Verizon Fios box being located at the edge of my property. Over the past week - Verizon work trucks have damaged my property in two ways. 1) their trucks have put significant ruts in my grass and land which tore up the grass and dirt - which is now an eye sore.
2) they have cut down small trees without my permission and just left the tree trunks laying on my property.
There has been absolutely no contact made by Verizon to speak to us about this or explain anything they were doing or did. I understand this is an easement, but you can’t damage property and cut down trees and just leave it looking like this.
i am absolutely appalled by the lack of communication and lack of respect they have shown to my property.
Who can I reach out to in order to file a claim against Verizon for property damage and destruction?
