I have orange paint and orange flags on my property. They supposedly follow Verizons bried underground cable. These originated from a "811 call before you dig". I was not home when they put them in but the following day the electric company came out to mark their underground cable and told me that someone call 811 to notify the utilities. I'm Not digging. I need to talk to someone because what they marked for Verizon is wrong. How do I talk to a real person? I need to know why, when and what is going in and by who?
