Our Sewer continued to get backed up in our basement and upon excavation it became clear that a phone company had run their lines into our pipes. When we called Verizon they tried to tell us this was MCI, but Verizon bought MCI in 2006 and so this line belongs not to a company that does not exist, but to the company who bought it. We have all the pictures showing the line you bought in 2006 is in the middle of our sewer pipes. We need compensation. Please respond.
