Verizon worker entered my backyard and worked with the cables.

I am a home owner. I am not your customer. But the Verizon guy (parked in front of my house). He entered the back yard without my permission and he worked with the cables. After 10 minutes he left. No one was home then. The camera recorded everything. Will you take responsibility for this??? I am Specrum customer. Is there anything you can do with their cable??
