Like many others apart of the Verizon community, I am experiencing week-long issues when it comes to redeeming rewards to sign up with the company. My sister, family, and other friends and family have been completely evaded when figuring out how to redeem these rewards. They tell me to call a number and wait for 2 hrs!! to just be transferred to someone who has no idea what I am talking about or tries avoiding the question pretending they have no idea what rewards even are. When I spoke to a sales representative at Verizon they said with my internet purchase I could redeem either Xbox Points or a gift card... I have heard numerous people that said they would call me back and it has been 8 days since I even heard anything from the second time I reached out. I am on the verge of having my family and friends move to Comcast because at least they can uphold a promise... The last service person that I spoke to gave me a sob story about how much hate she receives from people calling in and she promised me she would call me on Sunday 1/28/24 and I didn't even receive a callback. Verizon I am giving you one last chance can you help?
