So I just installed new FIOS TV One boxes and want to get rid of my Verizon router. I have a G3100 modem/router in the basement plugged into my ONT, which is mounted outside my house. Is Verizon going to send me a "cable modem" or can I just run off the ONT and plug straight into my T-Lin k router ?
I like the G3100, but at $15 a month it is just not worth it.
