A Verizon-owned truck damaged my vehicle. I have filed a claim with Verizon awhile ago and have not heard back. I can't seem to find the correct number to call back for updates. Please help!
Two months and not a word from this company regarding the property damage claim I initially filed with police report showing clear responsibility on their part. How do they allow the company themselves to handle umbrella insurance claims? So they can slow walk the process?
