here we are existing customers we pay our bills on time we want to be in the place that we’re at or we wouldn’t continuously pay our bill. They wouldn’t be paid on time. We wouldn’t have lapsed and service but here we are we get no loyalty from the company that we pay each month we are the customer. I’ve always heard that the customers right well why doesn’t Verizon take an offer us something they’re wanting people to come to them from different companies and offering, but they’re not giving to their existing customers, I don’t understand
