WiFi error message when setting up Nest Connect through Verizon Router CR1000A

I have Verizon Router CR1000a, I have set up Guest Wifi with 2.5GHz, WPA2 and successfully added Nest Connect to the guest wifi through Nest app on my iPhone, however when trying to pair Yale X Nest lock with Nest application, it fails to find the Nest Connect. Router testing diagnosis on the connectivity of the Nest Connect is fine, however it keeps giving error message with wifi network and times out during pairing. Is the setting on Verizon Router CR1000a security or timeout setting blocking the Nest Connect communicate back out? what is the proper setting on the router completely my setting, i don't want to remove WPA2, security and password. Has anyone else had this issue? I have tried rebooting all the devices.
