Verizon was doing work on the street in front of my house. They then came into the alley - am not sure what they did but they pulled out the wire for my electric gate/parking spot. They left no note, so we had no idea why the gate was not working, and i was unable to park in my own property nor use our back door. My contractor spent hours diagnosing the problem until he discovered the workers had yanked out the gate wire. I had to order a new antenna -- it was not possible to fix the unit. It was fixed and just failed again, and we had to have my contractor return.
I called on Jan 28 and was told Verizon would contact me within a day. Nobody has called. Complaint # *****.
You need to pay for my repairs and i would also like an apology. You should NOT damage peoples' property and not leave a note to say whom to call to pay for the damage. That is really not OK.
